1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to WorkerHub! These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and SR LOGISTICS.

By creating an account or using our services, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility and Account Requirements

2.1 Eligibility Criteria

To use WorkerHub, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Have a valid Amazon Seller Central account
  • Provide accurate registration information
  • Comply with all applicable laws

3. Description of Service

WorkerHub is an AI-powered automation platform for Amazon Sellers.

3.1 AI Workers

🎨 SOPHIA - Listing Optimizer

Product title and description optimization with keyword research.

💰 MARCUS - PPC Manager

Bid optimization and campaign performance analysis.

📊 MAX - Market Analyst

Market trends, competitor insights, and pricing strategies.

📦 ETHAN - Inventory Manager

Stock level monitoring, reorder automation, and demand forecasting.

💬 SARAH - Customer Success Manager

Review management, customer inquiry responses, and sentiment analysis.

3.2 Service Limitations

⚠️ What WorkerHub Does NOT Do

  • Make automatic changes without your approval
  • Guarantee specific sales results
  • Provide legal or financial advice

4. Amazon API Integration

4.1 Authorization Requirements

To use WorkerHub, you must:

  • Authorize WorkerHub through Amazon's OAuth 2.0 workflow
  • Grant access to specific Amazon SP-API roles (Product Listing, Pricing, Catalog, Reports, Advertising)

4.2 Amazon Policy Compliance

⚠️ Your Responsibilities

  • Comply with all Amazon Seller policies
  • Not use WorkerHub to violate Amazon's Terms of Service
  • Be solely responsible for your Amazon account status

4.3 Data Usage and Limitations

We do NOT:

  • Access Amazon customer PII (Personally Identifiable Information)
  • Share your data with competitors or third parties
  • Manipulate Amazon's search algorithm

5. Subscription Plans and Billing

5.1 Subscription Plans

WorkerHub offers subscription-based pricing with a 7-day free trial for new users.

5.2 Payment Terms

Billing:

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually
  • Payments processed through Stripe (PCI-DSS compliant)
  • All fees are in Euros (EUR), exclusive of VAT/taxes
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled

5.3 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice for existing subscribers.

5.4 Refunds and Cancellations

  • 14-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time
  • Access continues until the end of the paid period
  • EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal

5.5 Late Payments

If payment fails, we will retry within 3-7 days. Account may be suspended after 10 days of non-payment.

5.6 Taxes

You are responsible for all applicable taxes. VAT will be added for EU customers where applicable.

6. User Obligations and Acceptable Use

6.1 Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use WorkerHub only for lawful purposes
  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Review all AI recommendations before implementation
  • Comply with Amazon's policies and our Terms
  • Maintain an active Amazon Professional Seller account

6.2 Prohibited Activities

❌ You may NOT use WorkerHub to:

  • Manipulate reviews or incentivize fake reviews
  • Create misleading or deceptive product listings
  • Engage in price fixing or anti-competitive behavior
  • Violate intellectual property rights
  • Sell counterfeit or prohibited products
  • Engage in fraudulent activities
  • Abuse the service or overload our servers

6.3 Intellectual Property Compliance

You represent and warrant that you own or have rights to all content you upload and that your product listings do not infringe on trademarks, patents, or copyrights.

7. AI Recommendations Disclaimer

⚠️ CRITICAL: AI Recommendations are Suggestions Only

  • All AI-generated recommendations require your explicit approval
  • WorkerHub does NOT make automated changes to your Amazon account
  • You maintain full control over all actions taken
  • You are responsible for reviewing and approving all suggestions

No Guarantee of Results

We do NOT guarantee:

  • Increased sales, rankings, or conversions
  • Specific outcomes or results
  • Amazon Buy Box eligibility
  • Freedom from Amazon account issues

AI-generated suggestions are not guaranteed to be accurate. You are solely responsible for results from following AI suggestions.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

8.1 WorkerHub Intellectual Property

Our IP includes:

  • The WorkerHub platform and software
  • All AI models and algorithms
  • User interface and design
  • Logos, trademarks, and branding

8.2 Your Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of:

  • Your Amazon product listings and content
  • Your business data and information
  • Any content you upload to WorkerHub
  • Your trademarks and branding

8.3 Feedback and Suggestions

If you provide feedback or suggestions, we may use them without obligation to you. No compensation is owed for feedback.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

9.1 Service "As Is"

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

9.2 Amazon Relationship

WorkerHub is NOT:

  • Affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with Amazon
  • Responsible for Amazon's policies, decisions, or actions
  • Liable for Amazon account suspensions or terminations

9.3 Limitation of Liability

Maximum liability is limited to:

  • The amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim
  • For free trial users: Maximum liability is €100

10. Term and Termination

10.1 Termination by You

You can cancel your subscription at any time via your dashboard or by emailing us.

10.2 Termination by Us

⚠️ We may suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You violate these Terms or Amazon's policies
  • Your payment fails and is not resolved
  • You engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
  • Required by law or court order

10.3 Effects of Termination

Upon termination, your license ends, we revoke Amazon authorization, and your data will be deleted per our Privacy Policy.

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1 Informal Resolution

Before filing a legal claim, contact us at data-security@workerhub.app and allow us 30 days to attempt resolution.

11.2 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by:

  • The laws of Belgium
  • EU regulations (GDPR, consumer protection)

Jurisdiction:

  • Primary jurisdiction: Courts of Brussels, Belgium
  • EU consumers may also bring claims in their country of residence

12. General Provisions

12.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and WorkerHub.

12.2 Amendments

We may amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email.

12.3 Assignment

You may NOT transfer your account. We may assign these Terms to affiliates or successors.

12.4 Language

These Terms are written in English. The English version controls in case of discrepancies.

If you do not agree, you must immediately stop using WorkerHub.
